No cookies, no trackers
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising trackers, embedded third-party content or external fonts. Everything is served from our own server.
Server logs
Like every web server, ours keeps a technical access log (IP address, date and time, the page requested and the browser type) to keep the site secure and working. We use it for nothing else, and it is deleted after 14 days. The server is in the European Union, run by Hetzner Online.
When you email us
We use your email address and message only to reply and to follow up on what you asked, and we keep them no longer than needed for that or than the law requires. Our mailbox is hosted by Zoho in its EU data centre.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing robin@ourbrands.eu. If you think we handle your data wrongly, you can complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
